acces Chambes d'hote Grands Prés

1heure de piégon

The Grands Prés bed and breakfast in Piégon is a perfect base for exploring the Drôme Provençale area - being situated half-way between Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons. Even one day here will give you the chance to set off on foot towards the slopes of Mont Ventoux and the ruined hamlet of the giants(on walking tour Number 54) or as far as the old village of Merindol-les-Oliviers. The church of Notre Dame de Cadenet in Piegon is a MUST for all lovers of Romanesque art in Provence.

Several of the most beautiful villages in France are nearby : Faucon, Crestet, Séguret, not to mention Mirabel aux Baronnies, Venterol and Montaulieu.

The Roman and mediaeval parts of Vaison are worth a visit at any time of the year, even in winter. Nyons and Buis-les-Baronnies are known throughout France and beyond for their olives
