Charming bed
and breakfast near the Mont Ventoux
in an old farm that has been restored using traditional methods such as
hemp and lime. We are situated in Drôme Provençale, on the route de
l'olivier which runs from Nyons
to Vaison-la-Romaine , passing through Buis les Baronnies.
Our two bed and breakfast guest rooms each have their own
personalised decor. Breakfast is served on warm summer days on the terrasse which overlooks the slopes of vines, olive and apricot trees - in the shadow of a Romanesque church and bell-tower, remnants of the old village of Piégon . |

| Among the natural and cultural riches which surround us, we would suggest - the many beautiful villages in the Vaucluse and the Drôme departments, the Dentelles de Montmirail, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and the Luberon, the castles at Grignan and Suze-la-Rousse, the antiquities of Roman provence , the festivals of opera in Orange, jazz and dance in Vaison-la-Romaine and theater in Avignon. Less than two hours away, you will find Baux de Provence, Aix en Provence, Nîmes and the Pont du Gard, Arles and the Camargue. |

We organise exhibitions of contemporary art and visits to artists studio. Your stay could have one of several themes - provencal and Mediterranean cookery, the wines of the Rhône, Nyons olive oil (including a visit to one of the local mills, such as the Vieux Moulin at Mirabel aux Baronnies), the truffles of Tricastin or the flora Mont Ventoux. Our home is the perfect starting point for the discovery of southern Rhône wines such as the famous Gigondas, Chateauneuf du Pape or the northern classics such as Hermitage, Côte-rotie and the Condrieu. | |||||
